Description
Richard Yehia is a partner in the Construction Group’s Toronto office, with an emphasis on surety issues.
He has extensive experience working on construction and surety files. He has represented contractors, subcontractors, owners, bonding companies and design professionals in a variety of construction issues, and has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court, Ontario Court of Appeal, Alberta Court of the Queen’s Bench and Alberta Court of Appeal.
He has also completed contract reviews and drafting for design and construction clients.
Richard graduated from the Faculty of Law at York University in 2011 and was called to the Ontario bar in 2012. He also holds a certificate in international business law from Bucerius Law School in Hamburg, Germany.
Before attending law school, Richard studied Clinical Biochemistry at the University of Western.
