Reagan is an associate lawyer based in the firm’s Calgary office and maintains a general corporate commercial practice with a focus on supporting Indigenous clients.

Reagan supports clients across various industries on a broad spectrum of corporate and commercial matters. Her practice includes advising on corporate governance, transactions, mergers and acquisitions, financial administration and agreement negotiation and drafting.

She frequently supports leadership of Indigenous communities on matters, including structuring Indigenous-owned businesses, drafting and administering laws and bylaws, supporting industry partnerships and land-related matters.

Reagan’s experience includes work in the energy, real estate, municipal, hospitality, education, health-care, projects and land development and retail sectors.
