Raquel Moses is an associate in the Corporate, M&A, and Securities Group at Miller Thomson in Toronto.

Raquel advises both public and private companies on a wide array of domestic and cross-border transactions. Her practice areas include mergers and acquisitions, capital markets and securities, structured finance, derivatives, as well as ESG. Raquel actively engages in pro bono work, supporting entrepreneurs and small businesses with their business law needs.

Before pursuing her legal career, Raquel co-founded an e-commerce business specializing in sustainable fashion. This experience equips her with a unique and valuable perspective in her role as a business law associate, offering a comprehensive understanding of the needs and interests of Canadian entrepreneurs.
