Radha Khosla (She/Her/Hers) is a partner in Dentons’ esteemed Banking and Finance group with a vibrant presence in the ever-changing Canadian financial landscape. Radha has strong and established knowledge and experience on a wide range of financing and debt transactions. She skillfully counsels and guides foreign and domestic clients on financing matters with a particular emphasis on cash flow financings, trade and supply chain finance, asset-based lending and other structured finance products, loan syndications, intercreditor matters and cross-border financings. Financial institutions have come to trust Radha’s client-centric and pragmatic approach to first-instance issues and market developments and regularly retain Radha to advise on in-house, non-transactional mandates.

Radha’s expertise is highly sought-after thanks to her creative problem-solving skills, technical expertise and affability. She has an exceptional track record of delivering results in highly complex transactions with tight deadlines that routinely surpass her clients’ expectations.

Her multifaceted background includes leadership roles as the past co-lead of WomenLEAD, an affinity group that supports women-identifying members of the Firm. Radha’s inclusive leadership style and her ability to make connections, build engagement and support professional development has contributed to the Firm’s gender engagement and advancement initiatives. She is also a champion in Dentons’ GLOW (2SLGBTQ+) affinity group.

A sought-after speaker and facilitator, she regularly organizes and participates in Firm, client and community-oriented programs to empower and educate, including panel discussions relating to the intersectionality of race and gender in professional advancement, allyship and thriving in a hybrid environment.

Before embarking on her legal career, Radha honed her expertise at a major international captive finance company in the automotive industry.
