Phil’s practice focuses mainly on Personal Injury and Insurance Litigation, as well as general Civil Litigation matters. He works for both plaintiffs and defendants.Phil graduated with a Bachelor of Mathematics with a Joint Major in Computer Science and Philosophy from the University of Waterloo. He then attended the University of Toronto where he obtained his Juris Doctor in Law.Phil has had the privilege to speak and present research papers at several law conferences on the issues of evidence and social media’s role in civil litigation cases.Phil lives on a farm in Central Huron with his wife and two young children. In his spare time he enjoys fishing and spending time outdoors.
