Pearce is a member of the firm’s Corporate Commercial Group. He has a diverse practice in corporate, commercial and transactional matters with a focus on the mid-market and entrepreneurial client. Specifically, his corporate/commercial practice includes the sale and acquisition of businesses, corporate restructures, corporate governance, risk management, shareholder and partnership agreements, and general corporate advice regarding the numerous legal issues that clients face on a day to day basis.
