She also helps clients plan for incapacity through the drafting of powers of attorney, representation agreements, advance directives, and committeeship applications. She assists clients as they navigate through the complicated process of estate administration from start to finish including the estate accounting process.

Navrita also routinely provides clients assistance in the following areas:

Purchase and sale of real estate;
Advising tenants and landlords on commercial leases;
Negotiating and drafting co-ownership agreements;
The purchase and sale of businesses in asset and share transactions;
Incorporations of private companies;
Advising societies and companies on governance;

Navrita received her Juris Doctor in 2019 from the University of Victoria while also working at Battered Women’s Support Services, assisting women experiencing domestic violence with a variety of legal issues, and at a financial institution with in-house counsel in regulatory compliance and anti-money laundering. Prior to joining LK Law, Navrita articled and worked as an associate at a full service firm on the North Shore.

Outside the office, Navrita enjoys baking, going on hikes with her Labrador Retriever and travelling.
