Natasha Rambaran is an associate in the Litigation & Dispute Resolution and Restructuring & Insolvency Group in Toronto. Natasha’s practice is focused on Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act (CCAA) proceedings, court-appointed receiverships, bankruptcies and restructurings.

Professional Activities
Natasha is a member of the Turnaround Management Association, the International Women’s Insolvency & Restructuring Confederation, the Canadian Bar Association, the Ontario Bar Association and the Law Society of Ontario.

Background
Prior to joining Stikeman Elliott, Natasha was an associate at a leading national firm in Toronto, where she practiced in the Bankruptcy & Restructuring and Litigation Groups.

During her undergraduate studies and law school, Natasha was the recipient of various academic and community-based awards. In her final year of law school, Natasha competed in the Adam F. Fanaki Competition Law Moot, where she was awarded Best Respondent Factum.
