Natalie Prange routinely acts for a variety of clients, including domestic and foreign banks, alternative lenders and borrowers.

Natalie’s experience includes representing clients in ‎connection with bilateral, syndicated and cross-border financings, including project financing and acquisition financing, all in a number of industries including mining, infrastructure, renewable energy and technology.

Prior to joining Fasken, Natalie practiced at two global law firms.
