Natalia maintains a diverse commercial litigation practice, with a focus on:

Securities litigation, including regulatory proceedings and prosecutions
Banking litigation
Class actions, including securities and investor loss class actions
Contractual disputes
Natalia has appeared before and assisted with matters before all levels of court in Ontario. Natalia has also acted as counsel in proceedings before the Ontario Securities Commission and the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization.
