Peter Silverberg has provided effective and comprehensive legal services to a wide range of clients including individuals, corporations and not-for-profit companies. Peter’s law practice focuses primarily on the areas of real estate, corporate/commercial and wills and estates.

Peter routinely acts on behalf of commercial real estate lenders and mid-market organizations with respect to all aspects of commercial law including mergers and acquisitions, shareholder and partnership agreements, directors’ liability, business reorganizations and debt and equity financing transactions.

For many years, Peter sat on the Boards of both a publicly-traded corporation and a not-for-profit community-based organization offering a broad range of services to at-risk youth and their families.

In the past, Peter has lectured on directors’ and officers’ liability and taught several law courses including real estate law.
