There’s no one-size-fits-all approach to legal solutions in the corporate world. To serve its clients successfully, a legal team must get to know their business, understand their specific needs, and provide thoughtful, intentional assistance. After several years of corporate service experience, My understands this well and incorporates a tailored approach to her service.

My’s particular focus within the Corporate Services team is working on company reorganizations and rectifying and reviewing company records. However, My’s deep knowledge base and diverse skillset enable her to support our lawyers in several areas of corporate law, from corporate compliance and company changes to company reorganizations, alterations and amalgamations.

Before her career in the legal industry, My was a business owner for 12 years. This entrepreneurial experience gives My a first-hand understanding of how complex business structures can be as well as the pressure businesses face to deliver their services while balancing behind-the-scenes processes and administration. My was drawn to the legal profession because of its solutions-oriented nature. She is committed to continually increasing her knowledge and finding effective, cost-conscious solutions to benefit both her team and clients.
