Description
Muzz is passionate about assisting small business owners and serial entrepreneurs to achieve their long terms goals, while also zealously protecting their legal interests.

Muzz joined Miles Davison LLP as an Associate after completing his articles with the firm. His primary area of practice is corporate commercial and real estate law, with a focus on long-term business planning, organization of corporations, shareholder and partnership agreements, commercial leases and assisting clients with the purchase and sale of businesses.

Muzz also has a passion for entrepreneurship and has been involved in several ventures in the food and beverage sectors. He co-founded a fast casual concept which was recognized by Avenue Magazine as one of the top restaurants in Calgary. Bloomberg, Yahoo Finance and Fiserv published articles on Muzz’s implementation of technology to overcome challenges caused by the global pandemic.

Prior to law school, Muzz spent time managing his family’s Oil & Gas Retail portfolio, the largest retail cluster of Husky Energy in Canada, and a team of over 50 retail employees and managers.

In his free time, you can find Muzz playing cricket at Riley Park, golfing or exploring a new country to add to his list of 30 plus travelled countries across the world. Muzz is fluent in English, Urdu, Hindi, Punjabi, and some working proficiency in Arabic.
