Description
Millad Ossudallah is a Vancouver litigation lawyer with a primary focus on family law.

Prior to joining Crossroads Law, Millad articled at Peck and Company where he represented clients with criminal law matters while attending court on a daily basis. He also worked as an associate family lawyer at a Vancouver family law firm and assisted clients with a wide range of issues like divorce, child support, parenting and family property division.

Millad has appeared at both the Provincial Court and Supreme Court. Millad is an effective family law litigator and is passionate about achieving the best outcome for his clients. He is meticulous and ensures that his client’s receive great legal representation and excellent customer service.

Before law school, Millad attended Simon Fraser University where he completed a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Criminology and was an Honor Roll student. He then attended law school in the Gold Coast, Australia at Bond University. Millad believes in giving back to the community and while at law school, he volunteered at the Community Legal Centre and Human Rights Clinic providing pro bono services to disadvantaged and low-income individuals. For his volunteer work he received the award for “Best Performing Student Volunteer”.

Millad is an avid traveler. During his spare time, Millad enjoys CrossFit, yoga, lane swimming, and finding some of the best restaurants in the city.

Millad is fluent in both English and Farsi/Persian. He is familiar with the issues regarding Persian marriage contracts and has helped many Iranian clients reach a successful outcome after separation and divorce.
