Mélissa Lalonde was born and raised in Rockland. She attended the University of Ottawa, where she graduated with summa cum laude distinction from the Commerce Program and the French Common Law Program. Following her studies, Mélissa completed her articling with our firm. She had the opportunity to work in various areas of the law and gain a well-rounded transactional experience. She was called to the Ontario Bar in 2023.

Mélissa focuses her practice on business law, real estate law and wills and estates. Having completed a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, she always had an interest in helping business owners achieve their goals. She is eager to continue developing her practice and assist clients with their wide-ranging business and real estate transactions and financing matters. Mélissa has assisted clients with incorporations, corporate reorganizations, shareholder agreements, asset and share transactions, as well as purchases, sales and financing of commercial and residential properties.

Mélissa prides herself on her strong work ethic, her communication skills and her thoughtfulness. She is happy to assist clients in both official languages.
