Description
Maya Osiname practices in civil litigation, with a focus on insurance defence. Prior to joining Field Law, she practiced in British Columbia where she gathered experience defending various insurance claims, including bodily injury and property.
She has attended in chambers at the Supreme Court of British Columbia and as a junior to counsel at the British Columbia Court of Appeal. Maya understands the importance of alternative solutions to dispute resolution and is skilled at settling claims through negotiations and mediations.
