Mark practises in the area of banking and financial services with an emphasis on complex debt financing and lending transactions.

He has broad experience in the financial services industry and regularly acts for banks, credit unions, private lenders and borrowers in a variety of secured and unsecured lending transactions, including real estate and construction financing, multi-jurisdiction and cross-border financing, asset-based lending, securitizations, and vessel and aircraft financing. He also provides advice on major business contracts, including purchase and sale of businesses and a variety of other commercial and trade contracts.

Mark’s experience and insight into the common issues faced by clients allows him to identify potential problems early and provide practical, common-sense solutions that help his clients achieve their objectives.
