Description
Marc Ribeiro is a member of the Bar of Quebec. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in law (LLB) from the University of Montreal and Doctor of Jurisprudence (D Jur) from Osgoode Hall Law School – Toronto.
After working as a law clerk in the Supreme Court of Canada for the Honourable Justice Louis leBel, he joined the Department of Justice Canada in 2001.
He has argued on numerous occasions on behalf of the Attorney General of Canada before all levels of court including the Quebec Superior Court, the Quebec Court of Appeal, the Federal Court, Federal Court of Appeal, and the Supreme Court of Canada.
