Marc-André Morin is the Co-Leader of the Firm’s Québec Commercial Litigation Group. He has been specializing in commercial restructuring for more than 15 years. Marc-André is known for his pragmatic client-based approach.Marc-André masters both the transactional aspect of restructurings and representations before the courts during disputes.He represents lenders, companies struggling financially, asset purchasers, suppliers, directors, monitors, receivers and trustees. He represents clients from a wide range of industries, including the retail commerce, real estate, telecommunications, pharmaceutical products, food services, transportation and manufacturing sectors.
