Lucien Nel is an experienced business lawyer whose practice focuses on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, mining and minerals, and corporate real estate. Lucien practices in our Calgary Office and is licensed to practice in Alberta and Saskatchewan.
Lucien excels at complicated buy and sell transactions, and reorganizations. He also has experience preparing leases, tax deferred roll-overs, and corporate governance structures. He regularly advises corporate clients on the negotiation and drafting of purchase and sale agreements.

His background in mining, industrial skills training, environmental protection and industrial procedure writing enables him to speak your language. This background also gives him insight into the workings of many industrial businesses, and allows him to give practical advice on clients’ specific needs.
