Ladislav Beganyi is the founder of the Beganyi Professional Corporation Law Firm. Ladislav is passionate about helping individuals and owner-managers of small to medium sized businesses with their business, real estate, estate planning, and tax problems.

Ladislav obtained his Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus in finance and accounting from the Schulich School of Business. Thereafter, he attended the University of Western Ontario law school where he focused on the areas of business and tax law. In order to further develop his tax planning abilities, Ladislav obtained his Masters of Taxation from the University of Waterloo.

Most individuals and owner managers of small to medium sized businesses find it hard to afford specialized advice in business, estate planning and tax law. Ladislav’s background and experience makes him uniquely positioned to assist such an underserved market. He is proud to offer big firm results with a small firm feel and pricing to all his clients.
