Kurtis returns to Northwest Calgary to continue his practice in estate and property law, including drafting wills and estate documents, filing probate applications, and handling real estate transactions. He relies on his banking and estate planning experience with one of Canada’s leading financial institutions to confidently assist executors navigate through the estate settlement process, from filing the court applications all the way to accounting and distributing to the beneficiaries. Even if a client is concerned about potential litigation, Kurtis has appeared on estate and real property matters at the Provincial Court, Surrogate Court, and the Court of Queen’s Bench.
