Kristen P. Clarke

Kristen received her Honours B.A. from the University of Calgary in 2005 and her J.D. from the University of Saskatchewan in 2012. During her time at the U of S, Kristen was active in her law school community, co-founding a student organization focused on building awareness for human rights issues and volunteering at CLASSIC, a poverty law clinic providing free legal services to low-income residents. After being called to the bar in 2013, Kristen practiced family law with the Ministry of Justice and Solicitor General in Calgary. She gained significant litigation and trial advocacy experience and has appeared before the Provincial Court of Alberta and the Alberta Court of Queen’s Bench.
