Description
Kevin is a litigation associate in our Toronto office practicing in the Health Law and Specialty Risk & Insurance Groups.
Prior to joining Lerners, Kevin practiced at a leading plaintiff-side medical malpractice and personal injury firm where he also summered and completed his articles. Having worked on plaintiffs’ medical negligence and personal injury claims, Kevin brings to his defence practice the ability to draw on plaintiffs’ perspectives to effectively advocate for clients.
Kevin completed his Juris Doctor at Western Law. While completing his degree, Kevin volunteered as a Caseworker at Community Legal Services, a clinic that provides free legal services in the areas of civil, criminal, and family law to community members in need. Kevin also served as the President of Western OUTLaws, a group of LGBTQ+ members and allies that is dedicated to diversity and inclusion at the law school.
