Kember assists clients with a broad range of practice areas including corporate commercial disputes, construction and infrastructure litigation, landlord and tenant matters, loss of property and personal injury insurance claims and professional liability litigation. He regularly and successfully appears on behalf of his clients before all levels of Court in Alberta and various administrative tribunals, as well as before the Courts of Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut.
