Katie assists lenders and borrowers in connection with their debt financing needs and objectives.

With over 18 years of experience in our banking group, Katie supports the team on a wide array of secured lending transactions, including working with lenders on various debt financings and acting for borrowers negotiating loan facilities.

Capitalizing on her meticulous attention to detail, Katie reviews commitment letters, credit agreements and security documents to flag potential issues, executes due diligence searches, and ensures that all documents and processes are in compliance with the terms of the agreement and relevant legislation.

Over her tenure as a paralegal, paired with her previous experience as a legal administrative assistant, Katie is highly skilled at anticipating the next steps in a file which is essential when dealing with high stakes issues often involving tight deadlines. Katie is passionate about obtaining the best outcome for our clients and our clients appreciate that even in high pressure situations Katie remains calm, composed, and focused on moving matters forward in a thoughtful and methodical manner.
