Katie has a diverse disputes practice that encompasses a broad range of complex commercial and civil litigation matters. She advises clients on banking and securities litigation, shareholder and contractual disputes, class proceedings, insolvency litigation, injunctive relief, and investigations. Katie has a focus on institutional clients in the financial, retail and professional services industries. She also has broad experience in tribunal advocacy.

Katie has represented clients in motions, applications, trials, arbitrations, mediations and appeals. She has appeared as counsel before all levels of court in Ontario and Nova Scotia.
