Description
Kathryn practices in intellectual property law, with a focus on trademark prosecution, patent prosecution and IP portfolio management. She has experience assisting brand owners, ranging from businesses, not-for-profits, and public agencies, in building a targeted brand strategy and in the clearance of their trademark rights in Canada. Kathryn’s practice also includes conducting and providing IP due diligence and analysis with respect to corporate and financial transactions.

Kathryn articled with BLG, gaining broad experience in trademark law, patent prosecution, and civil litigation, before returning as an associate.
