She practices corporate law and securities law and has worked with both public and private companies on a variety of corporate and securities transactions.Katie obtained her J.D. from the University of British Columbia in 2015 and a Bachelor of Engineering Science and Chemical Engineering from the University of Western Ontario in 2009. She was called to the Bar of British Columbia in 2016.Katie is currently a member of the Law Society of British Columbia, the Canadian Bar Association and the Vancouver Bar Association.
