Katelynn has been practising family law since 2014. She provides smart, practical, and effective representation for clients, whether in negotiation, mediation, arbitration, or litigation.Katelynn recognizes the unique situation of each client, and works to find a principled solution that meets each person’s financial and emotional needs. While Katelynn aims to reach a negotiated settlement, she has experience advocating for clients at various levels of court, as well as in mediation and arbitration. Katelynn represents and advises clients on domestic contracts and all aspects of divorce or separation. She enjoys working on complex financial matters involving family businesses, trusts, and high income earners, as well as international and cross-border family law disputes.Katelynn volunteers with Pro Bono Ontario and sits on the Board of Directors of East York East Toronto Family Resources which provides a wide range of services and programs to families in the east end community.
