Kas Marynick practices general litigation and acts for clients in the areas of civil Law, family law, criminal law, estates law. He was called to the bar in 2005 after receiving his LLB from Queen’s University in 2004. After completing his articles under two experienced criminal defence counsel, Kas operated his own criminal defence practice until he joined a boutique Impaired and Over 80 defence practice as an associate lawyer in 2010.

In 2014 Kas joined a general practice firm in Mississauga and applied the advocacy skills learned during his years of criminal defence work to the areas of civil and family litigation. Since joining Nanda and Associate lawyers in 2022 Kas has maintained a diverse practice, representing clients in family, civil, estates and criminal court.
