Description
As an associate in Fasken’s Antitrust/Competition & Marketing group, my practice focuses on all aspects of competition law, deceptive marketing and foreign investment review, with a particular emphasis on domestic and multinational mergers. I provide strategic advice to clients in respect of criminal and civil investigations, including allegations of conspiracy and abuse of dominance, as well as other reviewable practices and compliance matters. I also advise domestic and foreign clients on foreign investment review under the Investment Canada Act.
