Joyce Lee Q.C.’s practice involves corporate/commercial law, tax advice and planning including private and public corporate tax planning, corporate reorganizations, personal and estate tax planning, domestic and offshore trust planning, advising charitable organizations and advising on federal tax issues, voluntary disclosure, audit support, audit strategy and dispute resolution issues involving the Canada Revenue Agency. She has a special interest in Asia-Pacific clients.A regular speaker and author on tax-related matters, she has presented at the Canadian Tax Foundation conferences, CLE BC and CPABC, been interviewed on tax topics by various media organizations and published articles on tax and trust issues.
