Description
Joshua Chad is a respected competition, antitrust and foreign investment lawyer. He counsels clients in all areas of competition and antitrust law, including merger review, cartels and price fixing defence, abuse of dominance, and marketing and advertising.

Advising clients on a wide array of other regulatory matters, Joshua provides guidance on foreign investment, telecommunications and transportation issues.

Notable among Joshua’s most recent files are representing Sunwing in its merger with WestJet, advising Paper Excellence in its acquisition of Domtar, counselling SYNNEX in its acquisition of TechData, and defending Ticketmaster in connection with allegations of deceptive marketing practices.

Joshua is an avid fan of tennis and the Toronto Maple Leafs, although only tennis tends to provide him with any joy.
