JD obtained his LLB from the University of Western Ontario in 2007 and was called to the bar in Alberta in 2008. He maintains a broad-based corporate finance, corporate/commercial and M&A practice, serving as a trusted adviser to many Alberta-based startups, entrepreneurs and mid-market clients.
