Description
Jessica assists clients with personal estate and incapacity planning, including the preparation of wills, powers of attorney and representation agreements. She also advises on tax efficiency wealth preservation planning for high net worth individuals through the execution of estate freezes, corporate reorganizations, and the establishment and maintenance of trusts and privately held corporate structures.

Jessica also maintains a significant practice in estate and trust administration, assisting executors, trustees and beneficiaries navigate probate, administration and passing of accounts. When disputes arise, she is able to drawn on her experience in various litigation matters related to wills and estates including: validation of non-complaint wills, unjust enrichment claims, executor duties, undue influence allegations and capacity challenges, trusts, international estates, appointments of private committees and wills variation claims.
