British Columbia’s real estate landscape presents ample opportunities, and the regular introduction of new legislation makes reliable legal counsel a key component for those in the sector to achieve their goals.

Jennifer works within our Commercial Real Estate Law group to assist real estate investors, developers, and other public and private organizations with their real estate legal needs. She stays well-informed on the intricacies of new and evolving real estate legislation and proactively interprets regulations and laws to decipher whether and how they affect our clients’ investments, projects, and operations.

This deep-rooted understanding of the real estate industry stems from Jennifer’s upbringing, with parents who were prominent real estate developers in Taiwan. This early exposure gave her a unique perspective on the complexities of real estate development, including the challenges and strategic decisions that drive success.

With a legal career that spans both private practice and an in-house counsel role at a national bank, combined with a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance, Jennifer brings our clients a unique blend of financial insight and legal knowledge. These skills allow her to deliver tailored, results-driven counsel that aligns with our clients’ objectives.
