Description
Jeff is an associate in the Commercial Group at Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP and the focus of his practice is construction, infrastructure, and energy. His experience includes working on major construction and infrastructure matters for which he has been involved in project structuring, contract negotiations and development, mergers and acquisitions, construction lien proceedings, litigation, and arbitrations. Jeff’s work specific to the energy sector has included the preparation of rate applications and filings for the Ontario Energy Board, as well as the review and revision of natural gas supply contracts.  Jeff completed the J.D. program at Dalhousie University and is currently completing an L.L.M. in Energy and Infrastructure Law with York University, which will be completed in 2017. Prior to joining Osler, Jeff worked for an international engineering firm and served as the general manager for two telecommunications companies, which provide provides a practical knowledge of construction that Jeff applies to his legal practice.
