Description
Jaye is an associate in the firm’s Calgary office.

Jaye has experience in numerous areas of litigation with a focus on complex corporate and commercial disputes, insurance litigation, Builders’ Liens, construction litigation, mortgage enforcement, debt realization, insolvency and restructuring. He has successfully defended a variety of claims in the Alberta Court of King’s Bench and the Alberta Court of Justice. Jaye has also represented clients in mediation and arbitration hearings.

Jaye obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of Calgary where he volunteered with Student Legal Assistance and Pro Bono Students Canada. He completed his articles with MLT Aikins in the Calgary Office.

Jaye continues to volunteer through the King’s Bench Amicus Project.
