Jagmohan Singh Nanda is the founding principal of Nanda & Associate Lawyers Professional Corporation. He is privileged to have articled with The Honourable Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of India, Jagdish Singh Khehar, who was the 44th Chief Justice of India.

Jagmohan received his LL.B. from Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar, in 1996. Jagmohan then started a successful practice at the Punjab and Haryana High Court and Supreme Court of India in 1997, and practiced there until he moved to Canada in 2001. He was called to the Ontario bar in 2003. Jagmohan currently practices law in the areas of Real Estate, Business, Immigration, Wills and Estates, and Personal Injury.

He has closed thousands of residential real estate transactions and has completed multi-million dollar commercial real estate transactions involving gas stations, truck stops, hotels and motels, land development, and multiplex apartment buildings, as well as a variety of franchise arrangements.

Jagmohan is a Member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Ontario Bar Association, and the Peel Law Association.
