Legal Consultant
Isabelle Lee is a financial services lawyer, advising on a wide range of debt financing transactions. She has strong experience with advising clients on cross-border debt private placements, structured financings and a range of regulatory issues.
Prior to joining Bennett Jones, while an associate in the UK office of a large, international law firm, Isabelle advised UK and European debt issuers marketing to US investors on leading deals. She also assisted leading opportunities funds with the acquisition of portfolios of performing and non-performing assets, ranging from residential and commercial mortgages to unsecured loans. Previously, she was seconded to the RBS Legal Derivatives Policy and Counterparty Exposure Management Team. Isabelle also worked in structured finance and securitization at another international law firm.
