Legal Experience
Extensive experience in the following areas of law:
– construction liens and disputes
– litigation relating to real estate transactions
– commercial and residential landlord and tenant disputes
– general commercial litigation
– mortgage enforcement, collection and insolvency work for various financial institutions and creditors
– condominium lien enforcement, collection, and compliance

Provincial Appointments
In August 1997 appointed by the Attorney General for Ontario to be a deputy judge of the Small Claims
Court of the Ontario Court (General Division)
