Harjot Shoker joined Buckley Hogan in 2010 as an articling student. She practices in our litigation department in the areas of business and commercial litigation and also assists clients with real estate transactions and wills. She is fluent in Punjabi.
Harjot completed her undergraduate degree at the University of British Columbia in 2005. She obtained her Juris Doctor from Western New England University (2008). After law school she obtained a clerkship with the Honourable Judge Arnold B. Goldman in the Superior Court of New Jersey. Upon the conclusion of her clerkship, Harjot returned to Surrey and began articles with Buckley Hogan.
Harjot was raised in the Fraser Valley region. She is an active member of our community. In her free time, she is a volunteer coach for the YMCA. She is also a board member of the Surrey/White Rock Read Society which promotes literacy for adults in the lower mainland. She also enjoys travelling and spending time her with husband and son.
