Frank has an extensive civil litigation practice with an emphasis on labour and employment litigation.  He has unique experience representing unionized and non-unionized employers in all types of workplace disputes, including wrongful dismissal actions, the enforcement and defence of departing employee obligations, complex proceedings under the Labour Relations Act, human rights proceedings and the defence of prosecutions and appeals of orders under the Occupational Health and Safety Act.Frank works with professionals with respect to a wide variety of regulatory and professional discipline matters, as well as corporations charged with breaches of statutes under the Provincial Offences Act and other quasi-criminal charges.
