Description
Francis-Olivier practices in the areas of class actions, professional negligence, insurance defense and construction law.

Francis-Olivier practices at our affiliated office Siskinds, Desmeules in Québec City. He graduated from the Faculty of law at Laval University where he obtained an LL.B. in 2009.

Throughout his studies and during his internship, Francis-Olivier worked on a major environmental contamination and personal injury class action. He was called to the Québec Bar in 2011.

Before joining Siskinds Desmeules in 2019, Francis-Olivier practiced as a litigation attorney, representing insurers and contractors in a boutique firm in Québec City. He also practiced as a legal counsel for provincial public bodies.

Francis-Olivier’s practice is now essentially concentrated in the areas of class actions, professional negligence and civil litigation.
