Ethan Campbell is a partner in the firm’s Financial Services Specialty Group. He primarily acts on banking and finance transactions, advising Canadian and international banks, financial institutions, non-bank lenders, private equity firms and corporate borrowers. Ethan advises on all aspects of corporate lending including syndicated and bilateral transactions, acquisition financing, asset-based lending, real estate financing, wholesale automotive financing, financing of day-to-day operations, and domestic and cross-border transactions.Ethan has been recognized for his experience and knowledge in asset-based lending and banking and finance law.
