I adjudicate workplace disputes. I represent individual employees and employers in employment,
labour and human rights matters. I have significant experience both litigating and deciding cases. I train human resources practitioners and adults on a variety of workplace issue. I excel at dispute resolution/mediation of human rights matters, and employment law files including severance packages.
Colleagues and peers recognize me as a results oriented pragmatic leader. I am particularly adept at relationship building and understanding organizational culture and human resources departments. I excel at communicating via education/training sessions and written legal documents.
