Description
Erika practices in the areas of class actions and professional negligence. She has been involved in many major cases, in addition to having pleaded successfully before the Court of Québec, the Superior Court of Québec and the Court of Appeal.

Erika practices at our affiliated office Siskinds, Desmeules in Quebec City.
She graduated from the faculty of law at Laval University where she obtained an LL.B. in 2015. She was called to the Quebec Bar in 2016.

Throughout her studies, Erika was involved in the Association of Law Students from Laval University as Vice President of Academic Affairs, in addition to interne within a non-profit community organization for advocacy in mental health. She was also a finalist in the 2014 oratory debates of the law faculty of
Laval University.

Erika’s practice is mainly focused on class actions and professional negligence. She has been involved in many major cases, in addition to having pleaded successfully before the Court of Québec, the Superior Court of Québec and the Court of Appeal.
