Description
Ms. Lindberg focuses her practice on Canadian trade and customs law, as well as regulatory compliance including product liability and marking and labelling rules. She provides strategic advice on trade and regulatory issues to clients considering an expansion in the Canadian market, and assists clients on matters related to the Canada Border Services Agency, including responding to customs audits and seeking rulings related to the valuation, tariff classification, and origin of imported goods. Ms. Lindberg also advises on the application of free trade agreements, including the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) and the EU-Canada Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA).
