Background
Emily joined Stikeman Elliott as a summer student in 2021 and clerked at the Superior Court of Justice for her articles in 2022/2023.
During law school, Emily was involved in the faculty’s competitive moot program as both a competitor and a coach for the Cassels Brock Cup, the Gale Cup Moot, and the Canadian Copyright Policy Moot. She was also part of the University of Toronto’s Criminal Appellate Litigation Externship where she spent her 3rd year of law school assisting a group of criminal lawyers with several appeals before the Supreme Court of Canada.
